At this point, I do not think peace is possible. There is so much tension and fear surrounding the different Arab countries and Israel that is would be hard for them to coexist. How if the Palestinians and Israelis could settle their differences and share the land, civilly, then peace could be possible. However that is extremely hard because both sides want to settle the fighting but at the same time they want to have a better outcome. It also does not help because both sides have different allies, which the other side's allies do not normally make friends with...you follow? The Arab countries have normally sided with the Soviet Union and other Arab states, However Israelis have sided with the USA which cause a lot of problems for the Arab nations. If both sides come to an agreement then the Arab nations and the USA will have no choice but to agree and live with it which will allow peace to be created. One peace is possible the coexistence is so follow which will settle things down.
