Saadiyat Islands

Saadiyat Island is a large island a 1,600 ft off the coast of Abu Dhabi island in the UAE, and is currently under development. The island is a mix of commercial and residential projects and is currently under construction on the island. It is expected to be completed in 2020. According to government officials, Saadiyat Island is expected to become Abu Dhabi's cultural centre.

• Louvre Abu Dhabi is a branch of the Louvre museum in Paris that will be built on the Saadiyat Island.
• New York University is opening a campus on the island, and construction has already begun

• The Fanr restaurant is a dining venue is located at Manarat Al Saadiyat, there is the Saadiyat Story is located. The Saadiyat Story is an interactive experience centre that showcases the history, culture and future plans of Saadiyat.

• The St. Regis, Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi, surrounds the 72-par, championship standard Saadiyat Beach Golf Course. Adjoining the hotel, there is a separate St. Regis residence with 259 apartments as well as 32 residential villas.

 

• The Monte-Carlo Beach Club offers an outdoor swimming pool. Eight pool cabanas set among grounds of the beach club and the white sands of Saadiyat Beach, 21 garden and dune cabanas, a Kids’ pool, spa facilities, exclusively reserved for yearly and monthly members. It features two treatment rooms, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam room and plunge pool, and the Workout Room’ fitness facility.
